Today everyone has a little harder waking up on daily times because of the change of the clock -- a process that takes place every year on the last Sunday of March, but since this year will be controversial by every country. It's back in Albania today since 2: 00 a.m., which means the scorpions went 60 minutes before, so from 2: 00 a.m. to 3:00.
The summer hour will be in effect until the last Sunday of October. The change of the clock takes place twice a year, in the last week of October and on the last Sunday of March, with the aim of best solar energy exploitation.
The change of clock in Europe was established as European law in 1981 and has been renewed every four years. The European rate steadily sets the dates of the start of the summer period and its completion.
