The Ministry of Internal Affairs Civil Recording Agency has reacted after the announcement by the Pristina Community, which has announced citizens that as a result of the interior affairs ministry's tender annulment with certificates by the Procuration Research Organisation, certificates supply has failed in all municipalities.

The Civil Registering Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, through a communique, says it has long planned to initiate the development of procurement procedures for provision of Civil State documents to Civil State Offices, <x0 well-being for procedure reasons has not yet been selected as the operator for supply of Civil State documents”.

In this case, the Civil Register Agency, as the highest civilised body in the Republic of Kosovo, has demanded all Civil Situation Offices in Kosovo to use alternative methods in the absence of forms. The ARC has sent an announcement to all civil offices, which, in the absence of forms (civilized documents), with the aim of realising citizens' rights for civil documents equipment, from today on the 28.03.2019, to start with issuing white documents from the civil system, to another report”, the report says.

“These documents will only be used for internal use in all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. We apologize from Kosovo citizens for lack of forms, yet service for citizens will continue to remain one of our most important priorities”, this MPB agency reports.
