According to them, citizens' participation in elections is expected to increase in afternoon hours, the Klan Kosova broadcasts.
After winning the full statute for Tuzi to be independent of Montenegro's Podgorica, these are the first elections for the assembly.
Albanians living there have expressed optimism about these elections since there are three Albanian parties that have become together.
The coalition formed is called Albanian Forum and has the motto "Mallaria unites us."
