The one known in public as Burdushi was suspected of committing four criminal acts: Illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity, tax evasion, fraud, and criminal possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.
The Constitutional Court in Prizren, the Department of Serious Crimes, changed the detention measure, which Burdushi had so far, to the extent of his police appearance.
Thus, Hysri Peqani, should be shown to the police once a week at the Alfa's police station in Prizren. By 25.02.2019, Burdushi had attempted to commit suicide, requiring just acceleration of procedures from the judiciary, as well as one of the measures, promotion or house arrest”.
