From its sources, the paper has learned that for organised crime there has been about a year that the Special Prosecutor has filed charges against the three public officials over allegations of misuse with the Fund 3 per cent. The paper has confirmed that there is already indictment on these allegations of former Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi, LDK deputy Naser Osmani and Atka Gashi.
The accused denies the establishment of such an indictment, but the Special Prosecution through an official response has confirmed that in this case, except the indictment has been filed, the court process has begun today “Koha Ditore”.
The incident was set up about a year ago by former prosecutor Faik Halilaj, who retired in May of last year. The subject now in court is represented by the special prosecutor, Father and Dema, who has been carrying what former prosecutor Halili had at work.
The 3 per cent funding has been active between 1992 and 2006.
