That means, Great Britain cannot once leave the EU, as it claimed on March 29th.
BRUX, reports the BBC, could be delayed by June 30th, should MPs back the vote agreement, Koha.net broadcasts.
In the vote were 412 deputies, 212 voted no.
However, any delay that may take place wants the agreement of 27 EU member states.
British MPs have voted three times during Wednesday.
