Bajrami: How did you agree on coalitions, which you can find out about some members of the CEC?

Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy leader, one of the founders of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Arsim Bajrami, has commented on President Hashim Thaci's decision to decree members proposed by political parties for the Central Election Commission, Periscope reports. Bajrami has said the president has chosen the formula for having CEC members [...]
Bajrami has said the president has chosen the formula for members of the CEC to come from coalitions and political parties as they have competed in the elections.
And according to this formula, two members in the CEC belong to the ruling coalition PAN, two LDKA coalition members with AKRAH and the Alternative and two other members be from the Vetevendosje Movement.
He has said that regarding this issue there may be disagreements among parties for members, but they would have to resolve these issues between themselves, not warning to send the president's decision to Constitution.
The “parliamentary groups can reach agreement between themselves on how to represent in the CEC. Within the coalitions it had to be discussed on these issues. The law has not regulated this issue, if a smaller party in the coalition can propose candidate. Under the Constitutional Court ruling, parliamentary groups propose candidates, who have been competing in the elections. Within the coalition, candidates must be found out. If I don't understand, then I guess they haven't even learned when they made the coalitions. There must be trust among political parties on these issues”, Bajrami said in Rubikon.
On the other hand, he says that the parties that warned they would send this issue to the Constitution will have no case, as the president is based on a court ruling.
Meanwhile, Adnan Rrustemi and Nazli Bala from Vetevendosje, Ilir Gashi (PDK) and Ibrahim Selmanaj (AAK) are expected to be decreed in the presidency tomorrow. PAN and Florian Dusi and Sami Hamiti from LDK.
The invitation for the CEC membership decree has not been received by the Social Democrat Party, which has nominated Marigna Drevinja and Social Democrat Initiative, which have proposed Ashref Visaj.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci had been proposed to two formulas on how to appoint the new members of the CEC to each parliamentary group to meet by a member or other formula for the ruling coalition to have two members, as well as the two parties in opposition (LDK – VV).
President Hashim Thaci, months earlier, had also addressed the issue to the Constitutional Court, but had not specified how to split mandates to the Central Election Commission./ P ERISCOPIA
