Arber Behluli contestant: I admit I'm February, she's promised the boy's employment in Government.

Fidan Ukaj had been one of the candidates who applied to the contest announced by the Kosovo Government for the position of High Policy Planner.

In a statement issued to Periscope, Ukaj has said he applied for that position based on his preparations, but who says the position seems to have been promised to someone else, alluding to the short boy Fyza, Arbrin.

Arber Behluli was named the most successful candidate by competitors for the position of senior Policy Planner.

Ukaj has told Periscope that he has deserved to be admitted to this position because of education and experiences from the relevant field.
