Amazing: KMDLNJ says casino closure is not a solution

KMLDNJ statement:

According to KMDLNJ after the murders in two casinos (Mish and Lipjan) of employed people, there were rightly reactions to opinion and which were then taken to institutions that, in an extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly, adopted a resolution to close casinos and fortune games for a period of 10 years after the legal procedures for stopping the games of fate were met through the change of the law.

According to KMDLNJ, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has declared that no casino in Kosovo has had a labour license, meaning the responsibility of the state that has allowed this activity, for such a long time.

Kosovo's casinos and fortune games, working without permission and in an informative darkness, have resulted in several cases that have fatally ended, there have been armed robbery and have caused many personal problems (conventions) and family tragedy.

The same day that extraordinary sessions were held in the Kosovo Assembly, the Kosovo Police, Dogan and ATK have begun an action of casino raids and fortune-game locations.

KMDLNI expresses regret and sorrow over the loss of lives which, forced to do a job for themselves and their family, have done work that they might not do under other circumstances. Also, KMDLNj thinks that the closure of casinos and fortune games cannot be extended for a period of 10 years and that this suspension cannot be implemented generally but only on certain occasions, as in other businesses.

The case of casinos and fortune games has not been handled by the state and the law but has had state protection by gaining the status of impunity.

The closure of this state protection segment that has become an organised crime with many benefits will only create a situation where a state of illegality (working without license) will be passed on to illegal illegal illegality that will escalate the security situation by having more victims as well as tax evasion for the fact that collecting taxes and taxes would be 0%. If the government created an efficient law regulating this area, we would have another situation when, keeping these activities strictly in check, crime would be reduced, as well as Kosovo's budget would be taxed and unindicted taxes so far.

The right to doing business and the right to work are human rights and no one has a right and can't prejudge which business or activity can increase crime rates. The failure of state institutions and effective failure to implement the law creates conditions for increasing crime rates and organised crime.

Those who propose the new law on lucky games must take human rights into account, and KMDLNj does not think the 10-year suspension solves the problem. On the contrary, the number of illegal locations in which the event will now take place will only increase, without even symbolic control of the state.

Acceleration of punitive policy through effective and unconventional enforcement of the law is the only way to solve the problem of casinos and fortune games. Any preferential or cosmetic solution just favors this, so far criminal activity by providing cootation and overtones as weapons for exclusive political purposes.
