(7 years ago)The Kosovo Privatisation Agency published the updated report on its website of the privatisation of social companies and sales of social enterprise assets conducted by January 31st, 2019. According to the report, there are a total of 1662 privatisation contracts signed so far, 707 million and 857 thousand and 232 turo have already been realised. Mostly sold assets have had a total of 427 in the Pristina region, then comes the Pec region with 385 sales realised, Gjilani with 309 sales, 296 privatisations have been realised in the Prizren region and in the Mitrovica region 245 assets.
The AKP wants that through this announcement, I deepen the commitment to raising transparency and accountability to public opinion for the entire process of privatisation and liquidation of social enterprises that is of particular importance to good social-owned asset management and increasing their value.
The published lists will be updated periodically, while interest parties are invited to submit their remarks to the agency's regional offices in writing in case of remarks on the details.
