Federica Moghrin held a speech Monday at Princeton University in New Jersey.
There she spoke of world peace, saying that “The peace is not simply that two men shake hands, but peace requires multilateral frames”.
KTV teaches Limaj and Ahmeti have met Deputy Director for Asia, Western Balkans and Turkey in Moghrin's office, Angelica Eichhorst.
She has been handed over to the platform approved in the Parliament last week by the ruling parties and the PSD.
