Although INSTAT in their smoking report estimated that it was down by 7 %, at least in the last decade, tobacco control expert Roland Shuperka says this data is not correct.
Roland Shuperka: Without hesitation, I'd say they're not real figures. The OBS has done specific tobacco studies. The study, however, has been done for many other problems.
Shuperka says that even illegal cigarette trade is another problem that causes the state and an economic damage.
