Kosovo's Hydromeorology Institute has announced it will hold partially killed and sunny weather.
According to the institute, the clouds will be mostly spread west and northwest of the country, but are not designed to bring any form of rainfall because they will belong to the high stage of the Troposphere.
“The minimum temperature is set to move between -3 to -1 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 11-13 degrees Celsius. The wind will blow light to the average from the northwest direction”, says the announcement.
