According to her, through the document the parties have agreed that the final solution includes “border correction”, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Osmani, who is the opposition Democratic League's most voted MP, has said the document, with its contents being informed by the international involved in the process, has 10 to 12 points and currently has the status of a draft. On each of the points, the principles on which the conflicting issues should be resolved. And among them is knowledge.
There are three options being discussed... What the states that support Kosovo are insisting is that recognition be explosive. So, that Serbia recognises Kosovo as an independent state. But there seems to be an effort not to mention it directly. Have a little more meaningful language.
