Kosovo is historically part of Serbia just as Russia's Crime, she added to the Serbian daily “Politika”, broadcasts the news.net.

Venezuela in all international associations has always been on Serbia's side.

El-Andar has stressed that Serbia is always in support of Venezuela.

El-Andari has made her statements on the Kosovo issue in response to Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli, who congratulated Venezuela's self-declared president, Nicolas Maduro.
