The Agency of Air Navigation Services (ASHNA) estimates that the ASHNA's involvement in the Law for Salaries in the Public Sector, which was adopted today by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, is contrary to European Commission's practices of independence for air traffic management agencies, when air navigation services are known to be generated by air navigation services that are offered to air companies.
He also estimates that involvement in the Law of the Salaries conflicts with Article 5.5 of Law No. 04/L-250 for the Agency of Air Navigation Services, which points out that the ASHNA has full judicial capacity and acts as a provider of nonprofit services, which covers expenses and is based on performance.
“A The USNA has not been reportedly involved in this law since it has been included in the Parliamentary Commission for Public Administration by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo until its surrender.
