Unbelievable. Agriculture Ministry cars make 1.5 million miles during 2018

Based on a report of expenses provided by the newspaper, 1,063,941 miles [1,941 km] have been declared by car drivers of the ministry, and the miles have not been introduced for more than a third of the fuel costs made with these cars.

Even in the report, concern is expressed over their lack of evidence.

“Notice: For the past few miles, for January-December 2018, even after continuous demands, we don't have reports from officials whose address is empty on the mileage appendix KOOOOOOOOWR of automotive spending. We seek from all MBPZHR officials, who use official vehicles, to respect the 03201818 government vehicle use”, the report says.

“also from the heads of organisational units, we seek to exercise oversight regarding the use of available vehicles and use the same vehicles in line with U/A No. provisions. 03/2018”

Total costs for fuel and service, made during the past year by this ministry, are 170,404 euros. Out of fuel, 130,970 euros have been spent, and 39.435 euros in service. Money is also spent on washing, worth 1,669 euros. The cost is greater than this, since the cost of December has not been presented for some of the vehicles.
