American President Donald Trump declared today that negotiations with the Democrats about financing a wall on the border with Mexico have not progressed and he can declare the state of national emergency, to bypass Congress in terms of building this barrier.
We're not going anywhere with the Democrats. I think we'll probably do this”, Trump told reporters at the White House, writes the ATSH.
Trump, however, did not elaborate on whether to declare the state of national emergency, which would enable him to finance a wall on borders without the approval of the congress, but will surely face legal challenges.
