The Toral Surgery Clinic has decided to give up the strike they entered months ago.
The director of this clinic, Saudin Maliqi, told KALLXO.com that they have reflected following the adoption of the wage law and have decided to return to daily work.
“is taken a place that the Toral Surgery Clinic will not be part of the next strike. We are not happy with the salary, but budgetary opportunities should also be taken into account, but it is better that a law has been made to regulate something than nothing”, Maliqi said.
He said surgeons should focus on increasing professional standards.
“If wages increase 100 per cent let's be 100 per cent surgeons, as at work as well as in ethics as in professional access”, he said.
Maliqi said that work in the clinic will normally continue with the aim of conducting operations so that the number of references abroad will be as small as possible.
He said it is expected of surgeons to work hard so that the number of operations is as much the demand from patients.
While the Toracal surgeons have decided to resume their work, surgeons represented by Arber Morina are continuing the strike in search of higher salaries.
