Lawyer Tome Gashi has commented on reports in Serbian media that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has allegedly been questioned by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office Kosovo at The Hague, weeks ago.
“could be like that”, he is saying, on show “DPS at Fidan” on T7 television on Tuesday evening.
He may have been invited to issue statements, without this being made public”, Gashi has declared.
The lawyer has said that the Special Court is obliged to show who is invited to be questioned.
The Hague has no reason to go out and show that someone has been interviewed, praised Gashi.

However, Gashi has said he doubts that Serbian media statement on Thaci's questioning at The Hague is correct.
