The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has named Vlora Hyseni deputy director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI) today.
Hyseni has been appointed for a five-year term, with the possibility that her mandate can be renewed and run despite the mandate of the AKI Director, said President Thaci's decision.
This decision, also signed by the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, comes into force from the signing date and has been sent to the Kosovo Parliament's Commission for Supervising the Kosovo Agency for Intelligence.
