As long as the tax is in power, there are no conditions for continuing dialogue

The chief of European diplomacy, Federica Moghrini, ordered today in Brussels that until the tax is in force against Serbia, there will be no conditions for a successful continuation of the dialogue. It specified that it is ready to prepare the continuation of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue at the highest level “immediately in the morning”, after conditions [...] are achieved.
She pointed out that she is ready to prepare the continuation of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue at the highest level “immediately in the morning”, after conditions for such a thing are achieved.
Until that happens, I don't see there are conditions for a successful round of dialogue”, Moghrin said.
At a press conference after the EU ministers' meeting, Moghrini said the basic condition for continuing the dialogue is the removal of the tax on Serbian goods, set in November last year, for which Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has determined that he will remain in force until the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.
The European top diplomat expects Belgrade and Pristina to use a positive atmosphere to reach a comprehensive agreement on full normalisation of relations, the KP broadcasts.
