Various activities have been introduced for this day, starting at 8: 00 a.m.
The Government will convene in the morning, which will hold festive meetings in honour of the 11th anniversary of Independence.
After half an hour, the solemn celebration of the flag will take place, attended by President Thaci, Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselin and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
Then, all three political leaders will place wreaths of flowers at the Memorial complex Adem Jasharı in Prekaz.
At 10:45, the Assembly will hold the solemn session in honour of this special day, while at 12:20, the KSF troops will pass from “Mother Teresa” to square “Ibrahim Rugova”.
To celebrate this day, even a foreign delegation will be in Kosovo.
Thus, Prime Minister Haradinaj will receive a 17-member delegation from the United States of America, headed by Senator James Inffe.
While, late last night, the organised fireworks in “Zahir Pajaziti” will take place, respectively.
Because even this anniversary found the isolated country, representatives of student organisations will organise an artistic protest.
This is to demonstrate shortcomings over the delay in liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.
Protest is held in the capital at 1600.
Various activities will also be held in municipalities.
