There have been seven weeks of strike by surgeons at the Kosovo University Clinical Centre.
A meeting was held yesterday between representatives of strikers and Health Minister Ismaili Bridge, but no agreement was reached.
In an interview with RTV21 surgeon Arber Morina says they will not surrender and that the strike will continue until the government reflects on their demands.
The surgeons did not follow the example of teachers who after an agreement reached with Government interrupted the strike.
Meanwhile, Minister Ismaili has said that increasing doctors' salaries will be the largest in the region.
