The SBASK chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, has declared for <x0 ..."Koha Ditore” that the minister has not consulted the decision at all and that the union does not accept such a decision.
He has warned that on Saturday they will call urgent meetings of the SBASK Steering Council, where the final decision on the matter will be made.
The minister has issued this decision without consulting us and which is not fair. The decision is contrary to the law on strikes, which does not force the lost days on strike to be replaced. So we're committed to sending this decision to court”, Jasharaj stressed.
Under the decision he made the day before, Minister Shyqiri Bytyqi for the 15 days lost during the strike in education, 5 days will be replaced by spring break in April, 5 days Saturday will be replaced during the 2018/2019 school year, and 5 days extended to the end of the 2018/2019 school year.
