Ahmeti has made this reaction after the debates and analysts' theories for a new coalico LDK-PSD.
His full post:
“I am reading through the media that analysts are saying they predict the collapse of the coalition, and new government (no elections) with the LDK and the PSD.
While I cannot speak for LDK, as far as the PSD is concerned, I can confirm that there is not a meeting or discussion of this.
We have given and continue to provide political support to the tax and are part of the state delegation for dialogue. We also told VV's LDK that we will not help the Serbian List to bring down Government because of the tax. Now we also tell the PDK that with our help they will not tear down or threaten the AAK as pressure on the prime minister to remove the tax.
We continue to maintain the position that a common decision must be made on the tax, where we will carry together the pressure and criticism. The tax is fair and is the first decision after all attacks on us by Serbia. We are interested in dialogue with Serbia according to the platform we have approved, but the Government has the right to make decisions to protect our state's interest.
Dialogue with Serbia is an extremely important issue for the Republic of Kosovo, both in currentity and potential. Therefore, his decisions should always be aimed at concensuality and include all those interested in helping Kosovo. Protagonism and personalization of this process are neither possible and would be extremely harmful. ”
