The presence of the OSCE calls for restraint from any further violence against the prime minister and any kind of public or private property. The escalation of street violence today constitutes a violation of the principles of peaceful democratic protest. Instigators and perpetrators of violence bear responsibility for today's incidents.
We will continue to support all acts of democratic and peaceful protest, as part of our firm support for democracy in Albania.
