Serbia's Plasma purchased by Coca Cola

According to Serbian media, “The Coca-cola” has started the process of accusing the Serbian con-day company “Bambi” from the “Mid Europe Partners” fund, worth 260m euros.

As stated in the statement of this company, the final agreement should be defined through final harmonisation, while the prosecution is subject to common conditions and permits from responsible organs, which the process is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.

From “Coca-cola” says their strategic goal is that these accusations will provide the company with new development opportunities in Serbia and the region, as well as the possibility of expanding into supplementary production categories.

Zoran Bogdanovic, director of the company “Coca-cola HBC AG” views this as a good developmental opportunity and creating the company's added value. /
