Serbia's Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and Social Democrat Party of Serbia Chairman Rasim Lajic has said today that the first reason for holding extraordinary parliamentary elections in Serbia is Kosovo, Periscopi broadcasts
“First because of Kosovo, because it is important that the ongoing talks be introduced with legitimacy and full capacity”, he has said according to Serbian media.
According to him, it is logical to discuss difficult issues first, not at the end of the term.
As another reason, he has cited protests by citizens against power in Serbia.
It should be commemorated that Serb protesters and opposition seek extraordinary elections in Serbia, but stress that they will not respond without the conditions for fair and democratic elections being met. /The Metro Bureau
