Serbian media report for Trepca, say best solution for it is arbitrage

Regarding the adoption of new Trepca status in the Kosovo Assembly and, as Serbian media report, Serb fears in Kosovo of taking it by force from Albanians, Faculty of Jurydic in Mitrovica professor Dusko Celiq has spoken.
