Serbia's state security member (BIA) has been arrested in Gjilan. It's about the man Srba Antic, a BIA member who is accused of attacking the Constitutional Order of Kosovo.

Our sources suggest that Antics has been caught with a gun while he's been faked as head of the Organization “Diabeti”.

Antichins on the day of Kosovo's independence, February 17th, has been assigned the 1 month detention measure.

His arrest and the appointment of detention for a month has confirmed the Constitutional Court in Gjilan.

“May inform you that by the date of 17,02.2019, the judge of the preliminary procedure at the Department of Foundation Crimes in Gjilan has made a decision, assigning the detention measure for a month to indictees, Srba Antiq”, the Foundation Court's response in Gjilan said.

According to this court, the defendant is suspected of committing three criminal acts: assault against constitutional order Article 121 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK), fraud by Article 325 paragraph 2 over KPRK paragraph 1 and cast off Article 185 paragraph 1 of KPRC.
