Following the dismissal of Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo, the Social Democratic Party expects the fulfilment of several other conditions before voting on the budget.
The PSD has also remained in four conditions it had imposed on the government for the budget passage.
The remaining conditions are the Law on Salat vote, the Law on Dialogue, the creation of the Ad-Hoc Commission for Pensions, as well as the Law on Government.
The first three projects must be adopted during today in the Kosovo Assembly before the PSD can vote for the budget.
While the government law will take longer than others until it is voted on.
Budget bill passes with simple majority of MPs present
Today it is meant to vote on the 2019 Budget Bill and the Law on Level of Salaries that caused the country's strike crisis.
A failure to vote the budget today means lack of salaries for the public sector for February, while another failure of the budget vote by March would mean the government's decline.
