First MP The PDK, once chairman of the Commission for Public Administration, Nat Hasani, has asked other MPs to vote on the amendments of this bill, since, as he said, there will otherwise be major consequences in the reform system.
Hasani: Vote the amendments, otherwise there will be major consequences in reform system
“Disapproval of the amendments will have consequences and concerns which will disrupt the entire system of reform in administration and law for political officials and the law on salaries. I request that you support all of the functional Commission's amendments because they are incorporated administrations of MPs who have participated with suggestions, with caution, with advice”, he said.
Public Administration Minister Mahir Jagcilar also invited MPs to vote on the follow-up amendments of the bills in question, since, according to him, it would be a guarantee for a more organised and more efficient public administration.
Jagcilar: Approval of guaranteed amendments to a more efficient administration
“These three laws as legal packages, the law for organising the local administration, the law for public officials and the public sector wage law are essential for the development of reforms in public administration. I invite you to approve the parliamentary commission's amendments... in order to have a more organised and more efficient public administration”, he said.
While Vetevendosje MP Albulen Haxhiu demanded that the amendments to the bills in question be voted separately.
And Armendi Zemaj from LDK suggested that the amendments be voted electronically.
After voting the amendments separately, the draft law has been voted in all, which has received 64 votes.
