The protest is held in the square of the town of Peja, starting at 12: 00 p.m. They will protest the destruction of Peja's Lumbard and natural beauty.
The project was launched on 18 October 2013 in an agreement between the municipality and the Kelpkos company for the construction of five hydropower plants in Rugova villages for about 120m euros.
