The prosecutor treated the violation of 16-year-old as a connection, so the educator had previously been acquitted of charges

A day after the publication of the shocking story of the 16-year-old who was allegedly raped by a police teacher and investigator in Drenas, suspects are currently under arrest. But the teacher had once been acquitted of these charges, thanks to the withdrawal of the statement given to the police by its minors.

This decision has been made by prosecutor Rjerone Alay, who has also conducted an interview with the minor.

Procuro: You said that we were out with X-rayzen with a coffee at Odin's... in the village... and that we were usually out after 1: 00 p.m., and then we went to Pristina?

Victims: I said, but isn't that true?

Procuro: In the police, you said we had sex in the Greenhaven car that was parked in the football field...?

Victims: Time was cold and it was about 8:00 in the afternoon, and that's not true.

Procuro: Then why did you say that?

Victims: I haven't had any pressure, but I've said if you can, any time, every day...

Procuro: You said I went to the motel in Pristina, the bar knows where it is, but I don't know the name, and I have a picture on my phone, while I was in Fushe Kosovo, and the people working there know us well, did you say so?

Victims: I don't even remember what I said.

Procuro: You said he promised to open our streets after I finished school, from January 2017 to the end of June 2017, we wrote in the hotel and had sex?

Victims: That's not true either.

Procuro: You said after the sexual relationship, I had a license?

Victims: That's not true.

Procuro: You said we had sex?

Victims: That's not true.

Procuro: Have you met Greer's wife?

Victims: But I just said hello to Shanzen's house.

Procuro: You said that by the date 11,09.2017 a day through a phone call called me... the wife of Shonzen... come on, I want to talk to you, after I went back to their house, I met them two, I told her your husband ruined my life and made it all for me, and Birzen said I had to destroy you and I had to put you on the ground?

Victims: No, that's not true.

Procuro: Does the family have days for this relationship?

Victims: Not that I didn't have anything to do with this case.
