The prosecution says the request was filed because of alleged suspicion that on February 07th, in the village of Smir, the Year, the 17-year-old minor, because of a dispute with the injured V.M., by his actions, he deliberately attempted to deprive the same of life, beating him with a razor, twice on his head and face, with his strokes causing physical injuries for which the injured had sought medical help at the Emergency Hospital Regial Center in Gjilan.
The prosecution has demanded that the measure be set for the minor so that the flow of criminal procedure not be hindered, as there is the danger of influence on the injured, witnesses and the risk of repeating criminal acts, with even grave consequences.
