Proposed Workers Off duty in Gjakova

Over 30 employees of the company to process sponge “Ventius Kosovo” have protested today because of decisions they made from the company management to leave work.

The protest is held before the target of the previous factory “Emin Duraku” in Gjakova.

Ayete Nimani, one of the dismissed workers, has told KALLXO.com that they are protesting because they left without warning.

“were removed from us by two departments, textiles and over 160 employees”, said Ajete Nimani.

The workers said they were not allowed to take their belongings either.

According to protesters, among the 160 workers, 55 of them since 15 December are free of pay.
