Pompeii with messages from Slovakia: Putin is threatening the whole world.

Mike Pompeii, the US secretary of state, has conveyed harsh words to Russian President Vladimir Putin from Slovakia.

Pompeo is standing there for a visit as one of his tour stops in Central Europe, aimed at opposing the growing influence of Russia and China in the European Union.

“Vladimir Putin is determined to undermine democracies worldwide, do not be misled. We have to be very honest about this” theme, Pompeo said in the presence of journalism students in Bratislava, broadcast Periscopi.

He then warned Slovaks about the need “to protect against economic means and other forms set by China to create addiction and manipulate your political system”. /Periscopi
