The police officer who provided information on student rape in Drenas is expected to be punished

Kosovo police are expected to transfer and corrupt a police official from Drenas, who is suspected to have revealed information about the student's violation by investigator Vesel Veseli, has learned Inseder.

The police official -- whose name is known for editorialism -- for many years had denounced her colleagues' violations at the Drenas police station. The decision on its transfer is expected to be made during today.

Police sources have told Insider that her superiors are suspicious that she has given information to the lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj about the case.

Halilaj, had sent anonymous letters to the Prosecutor and Insider about violating the student by her professor and investigator, Vesel Veseli.

As Isander reported on Tuesday, 16-year-old Drinas had gone to the police to denounce her professor. But instead of finding help, it has found a “pan” police slave.

After receiving the statement, the naked photographing of the victim and forensic expertise, researcher V.V., under threat and blackmail, had forced him to have sex with her. After sexual exploitation for more than a year, the girl was pregnant.

The investigator, had forced the girl to abort at gynaecologist Fehmi Ahmeti's clinic in Pristina.
