Inspection Director Hysni Ahmeti has said that lack of licenses and distance with school was the cause of the ban because the development of this activity without license is not allowed and when it is not in line with the right distance, distance with educational institutions.
“Fate games should generally operate in accordance with the law, should be licensed, should have a distance from educational, municipal, or public institutions. We've asked for an ATK review, that together with them and the police to see all the lucky games of whether they are meeting these criteria. We have found that they do not meet the criteria, and in a present-day action with the ATK and the police we have closed 10 points of lucky games. This action will continue in the following days”, Ahmeti has said, among other things.
