Kosovo Police General Director Rashit Qalaj, accompanied by his senior staff, paid a working visit to the Regional Directorate in North Mitrovica.

According to the announcement, the purpose of this visit by director Qalaj was to establish police performance and integrity at work, the enterprise of police measures in a responsive and preventing various criminal acts.
Deputy Director Qalaj, among other things, raised key issues involving citizen security, community co-operation and meetings, traffic safety, prevention of criminal acts, such as robbery, theft, drugs, etc. The Regional Directorate's leadership staff urged that more work be worked and engaged in order to create a calm and safer climate for citizens, which also contributes to the country's overall security”, says the report.
According to the announcement, Kosovo police have professional capacities and are prepared to provide security, fight organised crime, smuggling and prevent criminal cases, so commitment is required by all non-discreet employees.
