Despite the warning that in these days the platform for dialogue will appear at the House of Elections session, this is not expected to happen.
This document drafted by the negotiating team will not appear before MPs without the Dialogue Bill originally adopted.
The Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Affairs has examined the platform for dialogue two days ago, but in the absence of quorum it has failed to vote on it and without the platform being voted in the Commission it cannot make it to the Parliament.
But sources of “Zit” within the Kosovo Assembly say the platform for dialogue, even if considered by the Commission, it will not appear in the Assembly before the Dialogue Law, which is on second reading and for which there is not yet known when the session will be.
