PDK threatens Haradinaj: We can replace you

The country's moving towards new elections, it seems, is not scaring any of the ruling coalition partners. They even say that if there is such a plan, they can set a date for it.

For this, however, PDK is considering that the country does not have adequate comfort. But Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy Hajdar Beqa for Gazeta Blic said that even if the country moves towards new elections, then as a party, they are prepared.

“The PDK has its position and we consider that Kosovo has no comfort for its citizens to get early elections because we are at an important moment for the country. But, however, if we go to the elections, we are prepared for them and we are very optimistic that the Democratic Party will come out to the country's first party”, Beqa said.

According to him, if The PDK wants to send the country to elections, then they can do it very easily. Indirectly, “threatened” and the first executive, Ramush Haradinaj, that the ruling coalition partner could change it without sending the country to new elections.

“We are in constant communication with the country's electorate, and we have been in the process of electoral with youth in the past year now we are with the party. However, if we want to move the country to elections we can do it, partners can be changed and we don't go to elections, but we haven't thought of that”, he said.

Beqa in a conversation with Gazeta Blic, even though she said they are for continuing constitutional mandate, said everything is relative and that in such a case. The PDK will reap the biggest victory so far.

From past practices, The PDK is the only problem it has ever had is elections. In the two government mandates that we led ourselves, in the moments when we were opposed or thought that power had fallen on the ground, we had sent the country into elections and won. And I'm very optimistic that we'll make the biggest victory if we go to the elections now.
