Parents are forced to pay full month in public nursery, although they did not work for three weeks

But despite that, parents in Pristina are being forced to pay full month for their children in public nurserys, even though they worked for only 5 days last month.
A citizen has expressed indignation at this, where he has said the Pristina municipality is billing parents with full payment of nests for January.
He has also stressed that many people were forced to pay private shelters and lost work days or took mandatory vacations because of no nesting.
