American President Donald Trump has done what many experts and politicians have said he should never do: He has just declared a state of emergency or emergency in order to build the physical barrier, also called a wall, on the southern border with Mexico.
The Justice Department has warned, writes Periscopi, the White House that the state of emergency will be temporarily blocked by courts.
The Trump will also sign a compromise on border security approved by Congress, which guarantees it 1.4 billion for the construction of the new wall. /Periscopi
