Former Hague Tribunal prosecutor and lawyer Geoffrey Nice have said Senator Dick Marty's report is very damaging to Kosovo and its citizens after it creates a bitter impression on readers.
He made these comments on the debate area show, adding that the time has come for the Special Court prosecutor to clear up and say there is no evidence that there has been organ extraction in Kosovo, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
Perhaps Special Court is serving the purpose of rewrite history. I'm an external lawyer who unfortunately doesn't speak language and I have these restrictions because I see only those that put me before”.
When I was notified of allegations of organ seizures from a magazine that wrote for a report and a witness to which Serbia referred as K 144, I had a completely disgusting scripture”.
I entered this process from a neutral position and then started working with people here in Kosovo. My starting point was like a neutral person and I thought about what's wrong with this”
“In the period that I've read all this material as an external lawyer that doesn't attach any side, I've remembered that the report is very damaging to your country and to your citizens, and to the leaders of your country because it gives a terrible impression to those who read this report”.
I think it's time for this court prosecutor. Smith to know the damage he's done to your people and clearly come out and say that we have no such evidence and that no one will be charged with this crime”.
I may be wrong, there may be evidence, there may be courts that will receive evidence that are valid, but so far there is no evidence”.
We've recently heard of individuals who have been invited to The Hague as suspects who have been interviewed and I'm just telling you what I read. None of them have the charge of getting organs up. Knowing that their office is tasked with raising charges and if it's known that this suspicious veggie is empty then you have to do something”.
