Six months since EU has not taken any steps towards visa decision

The process is blocked in the framework of the trilogue (European Parliament, the European Council and the European Commission) for finalising the visa decision.
To move freely to the Schengen Zone Kosovars must also await the decision of the EU Council of Ministers, which still has no agenda.
