A month's detention of Entity Inspector for Abuse of Task

The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the Department of Reformed Crime, has approved Ferizaj's request for the appointment of the detention measure, to the T.S.P.A. indictees, due to the suspicion that he has carried out the criminal offence of office or official authority by Article 422 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

The defendant alleged that during September 2017 and in 2018 in addition to the quality of the official person as a construction inspector in the entry municipality with the aim of benefiting the illegal property benefits of himself, he used his official duty over his official powers and seriously violating the rights of the other person, now injured H. Sh, in that way that the injured initially gets 500 euros for the construction of the house plan, as well as the amount of 580 euros for the construction of the second house's plan, in order to equip it with construction permits by causing damage worth 1,080 euros, and the same has not equipped it with construction permits, but has allowed it to build two houses without permission”, the media report said.
