Moghrin stressed that until the tax is lifted, there are no conditions for a successful continuation of dialogue.
“Once there are conditions I'm ready, not only to call the new round of dialogue at the highest political level since tomorrow from the tax removal, but also to be closed somewhere as necessary for a week, a month or even three months” has said Mogher.
She has made it known that she is ready to organise the continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue at the highest level if the conditions go away.
The 100 per cent tax imposed on Serbian goods by the Kosovo government has made the dialogue process impossible.
In Serbia, they say they cannot go on without this punishment of the Kosovo government being lifted, while Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj repeatedly repeats that he will not withdraw from this decision until there is mutual recognition between the two countries.
