Nicolas Maduro refuses the European Union's mediation. Venezuelan president rejected the European Union's final document group of international contact.
The document, which Mexico, Bolivia and the Caribbean countries refused to sign, is written to promote the opening of an electoral process, co-ordinating a humanitarian mission and sending a technical mission.
The European Union and the Federica Moghrini have been sentenced to fail if they continue to hear the Venezuelan right extreme, Maduro said.
Later, he stressed that he rejected the prejudice of the international contact group document. But he added that he is willing to accept any envoy from the group and establish ties.
Meanwhile, Juan Guaido, speaker of parliament known as legal president from many Western countries, has urged the Venezuelan to go on protests this weekend and next Tuesday, viewing it as a crime against humanity to prevent the entry of humanitarian aid into the country.
